In my work as a beautician, I very often notice a basic mistake in home care, especially improper skin cleansing , what do I mean? I will explain later in the article :) The second mistake that is made by many of my clients , is improper exfoliation of the epidermis or its lack. As you probably know very well, a lot depends on thorough cleansing of the skin and regular, proper exfoliation, this is the foundation of your care. Even if you have serums, creams, essences, tonics perfectly matched to the needs of your skin, the effects may be minimal when the 2 basic stages of your care are not perfect, I will show you how to do it in a moment.
How to properly cleanse your skin?
First of all, the key is frequency , we cleanse the skin both in the morning and in the evening. In the evening we apply creams, serums to the face, usually they contain some ingredients such as fats, which will undergo oxidation. Your skin around the clock It produces sebum and sweat and all of this should be thoroughly washed off the skin in the morning. For your cleansing routine, be sure to choose products that cleanse the skin well, but also those that are not irritating.
Many skin cleansing products rely on strong detergents . If after using such a product you feel your skin strongly tightened, stinging, irritation, it is worth considering changing this product to a more delicate one. If you are looking for a product that will cleanse your skin very effectively, but at the same time will not irritate its delicate protective layer, then I have a proposition for you, it is oil-free foam with enzymes , contains pumpkin enzymes , which will take care of regular exfoliation of dead skin cells. The composition also includes an extract from mullein, which has soothing and calming properties. This foam is completely universal, no matter , whether you have dry, sensitive or oily skin, it will meet the expectations of every skin type
How to exfoliate your skin properly?

We have two rules for proper exfoliation of the epidermis , firstly frequency, and secondly choice of exfoliator, we will break these two elements down into their prime factors in a moment. It is assumed that we exfoliate once every 7 days, this is a fairly safe break, but for those with sensitive, over-reactive, dry skin I recommend exfoliating once every 10-14 days. Think about what type of skin you have and how it reacts to the frequency of exfoliation that you currently use. Regular exfoliation of dead skin cells is the basis, regularly performed will give the effect of smooth, radiant skin.
Now it's time for the key question of how to choose the right product. If you have oily, thick, combination skin, then be sure to look for a peel that contains, for example, glycolic, almond, lactic, salicylic, or malic acid . If your skin is heading towards dry, vascular, sensitive, irritated skin, then look especially for enzymes , or enzymes combined with acids, for example, lactobionic acid , gluconolactone, or lactic acid.
Now I will introduce you to products that will surely suit the needs of your skin.
