Are Uzdrovisco cosmetics natural and vegan?
Yes, each of our cosmetics is vegan, without animal-derived raw materials. In addition, our products are manufactured in accordance with the ISO NATURAL standard, and each of our cosmetics has up to 99% natural ingredients.
How can I check the status of my shipment?
When your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your delivery on the carrier's website at the email address provided when ordering.
Can I return an ordered product?
Products ordered online can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Returned products must have the original packaging and seals. They cannot show any signs of use.
I received damaged cosmetics, how can I make a complaint?
